It is a partial "proxy-like" clone repository of Springdale SCL 7 repo. 

The actual rpm files remain uncopied and will be obtained at yum install time
by the url links specified in the repodata base.

These additional rpms (devtoolset-* and llvm-toolset-*) are required
to build SeaMonkey under EPEL7 environment.
